Update: Ninja is a garbage company with garbage products and even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR TRASH. Machine crapped out before the warranty expired and any replacements i asked for cost me wayyy too much money for something that every other company handles for free. Horrible company does not know how to treat their customers. I HATE my new coffee system! I am not a fan of regular coffee so I would often go to coffee shops to get cold brew, cappuccinos, and lattes multiple times a day. Since getting this machine my life has changed for the better. I no longer wait in lines for overpriced drinks! AND I can literally recreate any and every drink sold at a coffee shop with whatever grounds I want (cold brewing DD French Vanilla grounds is my new go to). Initially was unsure when the machine was done brewing as it pauses a few times during the session but the progress bar is a big help in letting me know that nothing is wrong and it is still brewing. LOVEd LOVEd LOVEd my ninja hot and cold brewed system!
