I have been ordering Pampers Swaddlers since my baby was born, about 5 months ago. We decided to subscribe to save money, time, and to be more efficient. With the most recent order many diapers were horribly defective. Some had a totally unacceptable shape, making it impossible to wear, resulting in leaking, others had a weird cut, others were falling apart, others had no pad inside them. Also, the material used inside the diaper, which looks like "cotton ball" was loosing out of the diaper- that can also be a hazard, if a baby aspirates just a tiny piece of it. It feels like the box was filled with all the garbage to be sold cheaper for subscribers. I am pretty sure there was no quality control inspection on them. I contacted Pampers, but the costumer service was not very helpful. I am sharing the lot number here, in case someone else experienced the same problems. I haven't opened the second bag that comes in the box yet. My biggest frustration is because as a mom, we do everything to save time, and to avoid extra inconveniences, giving credibility to known brands, such as Pampers, trusting their quality, and now what?
