Downloaded and ran fine. Cute graphics and interaction. My 6 year old was thrilled with it, talking to him gets very good speach recognition. Also has fun laboratory game thing, where you mix together test tubes of colored liquid to make Ben breath fire and smoke or burp. BUT THEN EVERYTHING WENT PEAR-SHAPED!!! We went offto play something else but we could STILL HEAR Ben the dog's movements and rustling newspaper in the background. It would not shut off 100%. Tried running another apptokick it off but that did 't work.....and that's when I noted that my ALL TIME FAVORITE GAME, Plants vs. Zombies would no longer load properly or run. Uninstalled this talking dog app but P vs. Z still stalled. Had to call Amazon Appstore customer service to get talked through how to solve the problem.....so will not be using Ben again anytime soon......a real shame. (Sandy the customer service rep was awesome)
