DO NOT but this product from this company. Limited use of this machine in my house it's not as if it's overworked. Maybe 4 times a week I make 1 latte a day. Over $360 I paid and It's not even 2 months old, it is overheating and not making steam. Called DeLonghi and I HAVE to pay for shipping to be repaired on a product I haven't had very long. Very disappointed in this company and if it is returned this will be the last product I purchase from them. UPDATE: 1/30/18. Machine has been in for repair for over a month. They aren't sure when they are going to get the part in...maybe another couple of weeks. I needed a new pump. So without a machine that was 2 months old and that I had to pay $40 to ship back for repair and no idea when I will receive it back. Just spiffy.... UPDATE: 2/8/18 Machine was returned yesterday and when I removed from box, the bag and machine were covered in water. When I set up the machine to make a cappuccino, the water came out of the machine everywhere EXCEPT into the coffee holder. It continued to drip from around the coffee holder even after I had turned off the machine. When I came back to try again, noticed that the entire counter was a big puddle of water and the reservoir was almost empty. I called Amazon and complained about this product that even after being repaired at 2 months, it was returned in worse shape. They refunded my money and I will ship back to Amazon. I definitely would NOT purchase this machine based on product support and repair.
