I prefer a longer shower hose than what you typically get in the stores. So I seen this one for only 12.99... quite a bargain right, you cant touch that length hose in any store for under 50 bucks. And it comes with a 5 year warranty. You can't beat that deal. I thought to myself it's a win win. If its cheap junk and fails, its gotta warranty, RIGHT.. Turns out it was a double whammy. Crappy hose fell apart 4 months after "normal use" Metal outer sheath separated from connector at the top and seller won't honor the warranty. Seller essentially accused me of using the hose improperly and would only cover half. What can I do with half a shower hose? Ha ha. Buyer beware, Warranty only applies if seller determines so.
