I honestly loved my coffee brewer/pot. Five start loved! It keeps the coffee hot all day. But....when the lids breaks and is irremovable and the coffee is trapped inside....not so in love anymore. After the first lid was found to be defective, the Amazon customer support said the company would not replace the lid because I'd had the pot for longer than their warranty. This was a $50 pour over, so it was worth it to replace the broken lid. I literally had the second lid in use for 6 days when the same issue began again. When we tried to remove the lid to get tour piping hot coffee, it spins in place, but will not loosen. Once it's tightened on, it breaks inside the lid where the plastic and metal come together and it is no longer removable. I would love to order a 3rd lid (and maybe some back-ups, since they are so fragile, but we can't get the second one off at all. Very, very, very disappointed in the customer service of this company. The pot itself is extremely well made, but $50 for the pour over function is just silly. Portability was the selling point for us and we can't use it as described. All we asked for was to have the defective product replaced.
