I bought the ad-free version because the free version was so much fun EXCEPT for the ads. Now with the March 2012 upgrade the ad-free version has so-called rewards...points that add up for discounts on crap I do not want or need. In other words, I've PAID for ad-free and now I've got ad-filled: sometimes offers will pop up during game play and interrupt the game; the point meter pops up after every completed game; periodically a message flashes to GO NOW TO THE MARKETPLACE; and web site ads show up as well. This is almost as annoying and pervasive as the free version.
