Been dealing with Sealy for months. Our mattress is as clean as day we bought it, however, a 1 1/2 " sag in the middle is our reason to complain. We provided company with a days worth of pix and documentation including original sales receipt, etc. We have provided everything that company requires and they still will not pay or replace. There are thousands of disgruntled customers across the nation like myself... just google and see...Do not buy from this company!
