I ordered this product because I needed to treat a wood subfloor, and the advertising says "RMR-141 RTU is an all-in-one product for treating porous and nonporous surfaces as well as part of a complete mold remediation project. " But the label on the product only says for use on hard,nonporous surfaces. It never mentions porous surfaces, and If the label doesn't mention porous surfaces, its not for use on porous surfaces. This product may very well treat mold on any surface, but if I used it on my floor and it ruined it, or made my house uninhabitable, the manufacturer wouldn't be liable, it would be my fault because I didn't follow the label. If it was a client's house I could lose my license, face fines,and possibly go to jail. When I got the email that asked me if I was satisfied, I expressed these concerns. They replied, I'm sorry you dont like our advertising, here's the email for the person who is over advertising, take it up with him. I'm not saying this product is harmful or will hurt any of your stuff. It just really bothers me that this product is advertised to do something it's not labeled for. After years in the pest control industry I'm kind of a stickler for labels.
