Bought it. Opened it. Got excited. Kept trying to make it work for 5 days. Contacted support. Banged my head against the wall. Nothing from support. Returned it. So this felt good out of the box - light weight, packaged like a premium product and connected quickly using bluetooth and that was that! Over the next 5 days, I kept trying to calibrate (a mandatory step) this thing but no matter the method, it simply did not calibrate. I read and followed instructions, charged, recharged, changed phones and everything but... nada. Support is completely mute too (in fact, they still haven't responded to me - it's been over 3 weeks!). This had to go back.
