I am So sad to write this review because it has nothing to do with how well the Clarisonic cleans my skin - which is: beautifully. Rather it is about the fact that I’m on to my 5th Clarisonic Mia Bc I have Had issues with the charging mechanisms of every single one I’ve been sent. Not sure if I got A cheap version because it was Prime Day and subsequent replacements are not actually brand new but I was Told by customer service to use a power strip only Bc the recharging wires are sensitive and often short the machine. What?!! There are no issues with the electricity in my house and using a power cord did nothing to help. For the last 4 devices I’ve been sent, the device worked perfectly after the first charge and stopped working altogether after the 2nd charge. I am Beyond annoyed by how ridiculous this process has been and how terrible this product is. Clarisonic needs to come clean to its customers and have a recall.
