I thought of purchasing a dog alarm for my business when I close, so that it may help crooks think twice when they presume a dog is on duty. Before purchasing the Rex alarm, I read the reviews and saw that there were some people claiming the barking did not sound as realistic as the manufacture claims. Or that the barking was way too fast, repetitive and sounded like a recording. Well, I took a chance and bought the product to hear it and try it out for myself. I immediately tested it out when I received it and agreed with all the claims of it sounding unrealistic and the barking being way too fast to convince anyone that what they were hearing was not a poor attempt to replicate a barking dog and it was way too sensitive. It was muffled and flat out disappointing. I returned it the same day to amazon. They accepted the return, but deducted the return shipping cost. Don’t buy! You will be disappointed and will loose money!
