I loved this iron for years and then I went to use it last night and it burnt/singed my hair off!! Same heat setting as usual and was using it like I always do. It damaged the top part of my hair and totally signed the bottom half off. (see photos) When I tried to remove the iron from my hair the whole top piece on the curling iron fell/melted off! I had to cut my hair..:(
