I wanted so badly to like these, but they're just not working for me. On day 1, I put one in my work bag and upon getting to work I noticed a crack in the lid. The crack broke the seal, and I happened to be carrying around a chicken in sauce mixture that day and food residue leaked out onto my laptop. Not ideal. I've carried Target brand tupperware in my work bag hundreds of times and have never had this issue. Ok, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 1 in the trash, 9 left. Surely it had to be a one time issue, right? There's so many gleaming reviews on here! Day 2: I had made chicken and sweet potatoes, and had divided them into the containers for a few days worth of food. I decided to eat one for breakfast on day 2. When it came out of the fridge, I found it to be challenging to remove the top. I gave it a good tug, and (with horror) I watched as the lid snapped in half! It even tore off some of the plastic base! Are you kidding me? I mean I do workout and all, but to break tupperware just by taking off the lid?! Absurd! I'd already thrown the lid away, but pictured here is the damage done to the black base. This shouldn't happen on the first use, I hadn't even washed them yet. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. I'm 0 for 2, and I'm not keeping the remaining 8. I don't even want to doom some poor family by giving them to the goodwill, so these are headed for the landfill (which my Oregon roots hate). Maybe I'll try to take them to a recycle center and see if they'll take them. Not a good experience!
