Total disappointment. My mother purchased 2 of these for me as a gift. They were useless. They were basically half full and therefore provided no support at all. I had no idea how much she paid for these things and I was about to throw them away. She asked sometime later how I liked them and I confessed I stopped using them and was about to throw them out unless she wanted them. She told me how much she paid for them and I almost fell off the chair. I did a little research and decided to put their commitment to customer satisfaction to the test. I called their Customer Service and explained that mine were half full and perhaps were defective. The woman explained no, that's the way they are made and if I wanted more filling I should have purchased the firm rather than the medium ones. I explained they were gifts - and anyhow, how in the would anybody know beforehand that the mediums were simply half stuffed firms? I asked if she would exchange the pillows for me and she declined. So, I threw them in the garbage where they belonged. I will never purchase another nor will I take their commitment to customer satisfaction seriously. I felt bad for my mother having spent all that money for nothing. These are more about marketing that a quality product that sells. Edit If you watch the ads running non-stop on TV right now, pay very close to the owner putting his hand on the middle of the pillow and the scene of the woman pulling it out of the dryer you'll notice the pillow is mostly air. Watch closely, it's obvious. Unless you are going to roll it into a ball or make 1 pillow out of 2 of them, don;t expect much support. Also, the owner's personal guarantee he plays up in his ads is limited to 60-days. If you still decide to buy these and give them as a gift, please tell the receiver they were expensive and they only have 60-days to return or exchange them. After 60-days they don't want to talk to you.
