This trail cam worked great for about a month then it would not take any pics or videos no matter what settings were used or how much I tested the range. While in my tree stand I saw deer walk right in front of it and no pics... I went through all troubleshooting and contacted support which was disappointing. They suggested i try a certain type of battery and memory card which I already had. Even if that was the issue none of that information is provided in the manual. If their product supposedly only works with certain batteries and cards why would they keep this information from their customers? This product and company totally failed me... One might think it was a fluke except I bought a second one about two weeks after the first and guess what? Yes, the second one did the same thing! I asked Stealth Cam support to replace them with another model they were rude and they refused. Horrible customer service speaks volumes for the kind or company and product... Luckily Amazon was beyond gracious in helping me out of this problem. I will never buy anything from this brand again and will not let anyone I know make the same mistake.
