Having tried various way of frothing milk, always with some sort of frustration and limitation that I would just live with, I was hopeful, but not overly optimistic that this would work as advertised. On top of that, my wife would not even try to use the other frothers I've tried in the past. She would just use a whisk and call it good. We've been using this device for almost two months now and are very happy and impressed. It was as advertised, it is very easy to clean and does an excellent job of frothing and heating. My wife no longer uses a whisk and probably likes it even more than I do. I'll call that a win. UPDATE While it did a great job while it lasted, it only lasted 6 months. Email to support has not been answered. Change from 5 stars to 2.
