I'm usually a firm believer in the reviews here on Amazon, but this product was a huge bust. I don't know if there is different manufacturers products all being represented here under the same product page, but I had a terrible experience with this bed frame. Maybe I got unlucky withe a lemon, but I'm inclined to think this would have happened with any one we got. Within 3 months there was a hump in the middle of our bed. Very noticeable, not a minor bump in the least. I thought it might be the mattress, but when I looked underneath the metal was bent. The small rods were bending as well as the heavier duty metal frame. Even the support rods were bent. We have had to buy another frame, this time we spent a little more and got a nice wooden frame. I have never spent this much on a product and been so disappointed with its performance. Its simply unacceptable.
