We were not even able to use this product as the threading for the intake adaptor for the hose connector for the vacuum did not match the intake connector on our brand new 2019 Intex metal frame pool. (Left is the vacuum intake connector, right is the intake connector that came with our pool). There is no way to attach the vacuum to our pool. We tried calling Intex multiple times only to never get through. We could not find any help on their website, nor were we even able to contact customer service via email! We are now returning this product because we can't use it and can't get any assistance to resolve this problem.
