I had to give this item a rating to leave my review, but I was unable to use it. I have a small breed dog. He weighs 10 lbs and has extreme anxiety about getting his nails cut. My husband sent me a link for the Zen Clippers. I was hoping this device would be the answer to alleviate his fears. So I carefully read the instructions to purchase the correct size clippers. According to the chart, the medium size clippers should fit a small breed dog, approx.10lbs. So I ordered the medium sized Zen Clippers and was very disappointed when I recieved them because the opening was so small it didn't fit on my dog's nails. So I went to My Orders on Amazon to exchange them for a larger size but it said I couldn't and gave me a link to the Amazon policy, which said anything over 30 days couldn't be returned. But they arrived April 29, 2019 and it's only May 4, 2019, which is only 6 days. So I'm now stuck with a tool that I can't use. That's extemely poor customer service.
