I'm highly skeptical of the contents of this product. I'm highly allergic to SOY. I've had anaphylactic reactions. The first time I used this product for 6 hours my tongue swollen, my ears hurt, and my throat bothered me. I'm either allergic to this superfood or it contains SOY. Or is processed where SOY is processed. I think the later is more likely. Will not touch again. Will try to return!!!
