While the Amazon policy is that you can return an item within 30 days, it is not so with this company and when I ordered the Knobble there was not any info visible on that it is NOT returnable. I wanted to return it because as a healer, I found the Knobble tool to be useless. The endpoint of it is too wide to go deep enough to really be effective. I can feel the difference. I have been using a Jacknobber, which I find to be effective in relieving pain, trigger points, scar tissue, and many other maladies. But I found this tool totally ineffective. The day after I received it, I contacted the Therapy Connection to return it and they referred me to their no-return policy. I looked at the link that I bought it from and still can't find that policy there. I would not buy anything else from this company and do not recommend the Knobble. Get a Jacknobber instead. And get it from another company. The endpoints of the Jacknobber are four different sizes, not as broad as the Knobble and so it is more amenable to getting effectively into the points you want to heal. I tried the Knobble in several positions and it is too wide be a point stimulator as it claims to be. It can't go deeply into anything. I do not recommend getting a Knobble and don't recommend buying anything from The Therapy Connection.
