I was very happy with the Accuteck scale but after about 10 months of light usage, it longer was accurate. This scale was only used for a home office weighing envelopes. Suddenly the weight started fluctuating for the same envelope. I would put it on the scale 5 times and get 5 different weights. This is supposed to have a 10 year warranty so I called the company. I was told to send an email with photos and my proof of purchase to support@weighmax.com. I've resent the email twice and tried to call for a month now. No one is responding so I've had to purchase a new scale from another vendor. Don't waste your money as they will not honor the warranty on their cheap products.
