I purchased this freezer and unfortunately did not work from the moment I plugged it in. I have written to the company, Midea America Corporation to assist me with this return especially considering the inconvenience of the weight of it and getting it out of my basement. I have heard no reply from them as of today and it's been a couple of weeks now. I am very unhappy with this experience and would not recommend.
