Let’s start with the good: easy to carry, easy to set up, feels very sturdy, takes up hardly any room in the closet. Now the bad: we’ve only had this for 6 months, and on its second use, the bottom step broke off and now the ladder is unsafe and not useable. (Its rated to 330 pounds, I only weigh 190, so it was well within its stated limit when it broke). It appears to be a defect in the pin that keeps each step attached to the side rail. I shudder to think what would have happen if I had been on an upper rung when one of them had broke instead! Contacted the seller and was offered a discount on a future purchase, which although I appreciated, is not helpful. I will probably now have to purchase a similar ladder from a local store with a better warranty.
