I have use natural vitality calm for a few years and I recently ordered a new tub. Unfortunately when I looked at the ingredients on the back it said magnesium carbonate instead of magnesium citrate like the original formula. Magnesium citrate is much more bioavailable and easily absorbable by our body, and it is the better quality ingredient compared to magnesium carbonate. I am not sure why there was a formula change (maybe cheaper to make?) but I will not be purchasing again. I have used this product for a long time and this new formula does not work. The original formula worked great for calming stress/anxiety, for restful sleep, for muscle aches. This formula DOES NOT WORK. Disappointed and saddened by this purchase. Will need a new supplement for magnesium.
