I of course needed the item 4 days right after the return window. Well, I started to feel abdominal pain (cramps) around 3 am. So I get up to try my new heating pad. I plugged it in by nightstand and I was getting myself back into bed when I heard a loud pop sound. I noticed the the connecting cord/remote was black (shown on my picture) so I quickly disconnect it and moved it away. Unfortunately, I had to just go get my Advil pills instead to help relieve pain.
