These socks are horrible. First, they cannot be machine dried. Todays wools socks are blended so they can be put in a dryer. The also wash poorly, probably because of line drying. Second, they lack enough elasticity to stay up, and constantly bunch up in hiking boots, making them useless. Third, they are COLDEST wool sock I have ever worn. My feet freeze in them. The Danish need to work on their socks, if these are truly "Danish" Pay for better socks, these are terrible.
