We bought this thinking it would be a great item but little did we know it would be defective! Volume controls may as well not even be there because it turns itself up full blast. I contacted seller and asked for refund or for their help on fixing it and was redirected to the manufacturer where I have to pay almost more than I paid for the item just to send it back for a replacement and I don't get that money back. So if you want this product double the cost for your future purchase of shipping and handling back to the original company. thanks for the inconvenience.
