Hey everyone: Listen -- I don't typically burn my time reviewing things. This is one that I had to comment on to save others the dissatisfaction in the product, and the return process. I'll keep it clean and clear for you -- is simply doesn't cool the way they advertise. Perhaps if you sleep with it right in front of your face - maybe you'd be cool then. In my opinion and observation, it's a small humidifier will moderately cool air. Forget about a 300 sq. ft area as advertised. Now to service -- since I bought a bundle of 3, I called to quickly return and get a refund on at least the 2 I didn't use or open. Seems that might happen, but you should know before you buy: 1) you don't get any refund on any product you opened and used, even if just one night to try it out. Fair enough - I was ready to eat that cost in the search of whether or not it worked. 2) You pay for shipping to you (again fair enough), but also shipping back to them. Cost me UPS ground $29 to get it back to them. 3) The two service reps at the toll free number both had different information on when I'll receive the refund. One said as soon as the tracking# is secured and called in; another said only when received by the warehouse. That can happen (different stories), though it shouldn't with solid processes. The great grievance was that the 2nd agent I spoke with spoke in vague terms - I couldn't get a clear answer as to how much the refund would be. Used language like "should receive", and "around x amount", was seriously confusing as what to expect next. She couldn't get me off the phone fast enough and in the end when I spoke to clarify the $ as I understood it, she said, "hello....hello" as if couldn't hear me any longer. It was clear she wanted to end the call. And so she did. My fingers are crossed. Sum of this product: Shouldn't be called Chillwell, because it doesn't, and the agents seemed to be confused on their processes. Save yourself some money, yes, but my goodness - your time too.
