Worked once-NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - then an insulting email asking me to remove my review.
Used this once. Worked great. Plugged it in to charge. Lights were working showing charge. Then went black and it refuses to turn on and won’t work. Piece of junk.
*UPDATE* the only response /customer service from this company was to ask me to take down this review, for $20. Not a single message was received on how to fix the issue, an offer of a replacement, nor refund. Just a self serving messaging asking to remove my negative review. TERRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND
