Died in under 1 day
This is my first upgrade from a 1080p TV, and the picture looked wonderful, the colors were great, and it worked perfectly with my xbox one x. Unfortunately, After owning it for only 6 hours, the screen died. Turning off and on, unplugging/replugging, checking all of the cables, even a factory reset-- none of it worked.
I've asked amazon for an exchange and will update my review once I receive the new TV. Google shows that my issue might be somewhat common, but people who do not get this defect will probably be very pleased with the TV. Just be aware that you might be unlucky like me.
Update: I've now had the replacement TV for almost two months, and it's been great. The Roku functionality is good, the picture is great for gaming and movies, and I've had no maintenance issues with the new TV. If you're willing to take a gamble on the quality control and don't mind possibly spending an extra week or two waiting on a replacement, this TV is a great option for someone looking to upgrade to 4K HDR.
Tip: to enable HDR for your Xbox One, you will have to go into your settings and change the USB type from auto-detect to USB 3.0.
