Defective offset with no fix
Like many others, I bought this as an alternative to Wacom's products due to it being cheaper. I was under the impression that if I encountered any issues, I'd just email support and get it fixed, right? That's what I did, except there was no fix. Firstly, I will say the screen quality is great. But my issues consist of many variants of the cursor having horrible offset, including whenever I tilt the pen, the cursor straying away from the pen everytime I make a stroke, and more. I have been using this tablet for about 2 months now. I emailed support the first week I got it. I still have no fix. The first time I emailed them, I was asked to take a video of the issue. Pretty logical, so I made a video and sent it to them. They replied asking me to install the latest drivers, which I already did. I told them that, and they then replied asking with detailed instructions on how to install the driver. I reinstalled the driver using the instructions they gave me, but the issues were still there, so I email them telling them nothing changed. They then ask me take a video of me doing the whole uninstalling and installing process. I sent that, then I was asked to take a video of me trying out both default and my own calibration settings. It was taxing at this point but I did it, but after that all I got was an email along the lines of "Sorry about your issues, we'll try to find a fix for it and get back to you, hope you have a wonderful day!". It's been half a month since the last email and I still have yet to see a reply. I've still been using the tablet since then, but at this point it feels like I'm constantly fighting with my tablet to get it to do what I want it to do. Drawing any kind of detail whatsoever is almost impossible. It's tiring and since I'm constantly drawing at weird angles trying to cooperate with the broken offset my wrist starts to hurt when I'm not even half an hour into drawing. I have to resort to pen and paper for the sake of my own health. At least it works as a second monitor that can't even stand fully upright, right? EDIT: So after multiple more e-mails, they have confirmed it is a problem with the actual pen. They offered to ship a new one to me with me paying the shipping fees (which is understandable), but after waiting an entire month it turns out they have shipped it to an entirely wrong country. I am now waiting for an explanation from Huion. I'm actually baffled. This is terrible.
