I bought this Shiatsu massage on Prime Day and I just received this and started using today. I like the idea of different rotations every minute, however the power of the massager is extremely weak; given that it revs in place even with the slightest pressure applied. I unzipped it to check out what’s going on inside and it was very clear to me that this is not very well made. I was very excited to use this massager but unfortunately it’s not working well for me nor is it a sturdy product. I am unsure if I received a faulty one but I hope to get a refund or atleast a replacement product that isn’t this bad.
