I have had this machine since March 2019 and thought it might work better once it was "broken in." An error in my thinking. This machine states it is a cross cut but mine is more a straight shredded mess. Machine is suppose to cut 10 sheets, I can barely get 3 sheets done at one time. It is very slow in cutting process and jams up frequently. Would not recommend this machine. 08.05.2019 Update Bonsaii reached out to me in reference to this product review. After several emails back and forth they decided to upgrade me to the C220-B Micro Cut Shredder. This machine works 100% better than the C 209-D I had originally purchased. It does micro cut through 10 sheets, it is also very quiet while doing this. I have not had any jams or lock ups with the new machine and am very pleased with it. As for Bonsaii, I found them to be very concerned and professional about the whole situation and it was very kind of them to send me a new machine.
