This seems to be a very good unit. I had the previous model to this one, and it died after only a few months. This is the new model that they replaced it with, and it works better. The door closes well, where-as the other one did not. It is a little hard to open, but I found a finger hold under the button that prevents the unit moving when the button is pushed. It has good power, and is quiet. We will see if it lasts! I recommend the extended warranty with any microwave these days. Update 11/27/2016: Still working well! Update 8/27/2017: Not good! Unit has overheated and shut off a few times. Recently, it has began turning itself on when opening the door! Very dangerous! Avoid this one at all cost!!! Update 9/19/2017: Died completely.
