One star because you can't give any less. The box is good and strong, the pads are thick and large - the problem is that there is no barrier to keep the urine of a 6 pound chihuahua from soaking through to the floor. These are better than newspaper ONLY BECAUSE they are easier to pick up, but be sure to wear gloves when you do or end up with your hands soaked in your doggies wetness. Make sure to have a mop and bucket of water with some sort of cleaning chemical in it to clean the area once you pick up the pad. No issues with the seller - just the manufacturer - I should send them a bill for the time spent cleaning the floor after using their product. These are a terrible was of money.
