I love this carrier for its dual usage and its safety features. When not in use, I remove the top to convert it to a bed. The cushion is top-notch and its faux-fur lining is luxurious (for a cat). The dome-shaped removable top is great for my cat, so she's not so claustrophobic. The velcro strap for the seatbelt is very secure and helps steady the carrier in the car. I feel confident my baby is safe in this carrier. I haven't taken advantage of the heating-pad attachment yet. Franny loves it as one of her many beds. Update as of 12/1/2015: After careful usage of this product (meaning no heavy handling or abuse on this product), the zipper connect the dome top to the bottom broke. For the amount of money paid, I expected the zipper quality to be MUCH better. To be precise, the zipper metal pin came clean off. Makes me hesitant to buy products from this manufacturer, especially their (waaay) limited 1-year warranty for the price they command. Because of this, I have downgraded this to 2 stars.
