First of all, we got this table to replace our daughter's outdated tablet. This is a great Tablet. There is no problem with the tablet Lenovo created a fantastic product. Awesome storage, beautiful screen, fast processing, it's a wonderful electronic... But Amazon screwed it up by forcing their Alexa BS on it. The dock is barely functional. It takes multiple tries to pair to the dock, and once you're paired, it does not break pairing once you take the tablet off the dock, so you have to remember to physically unpair it in your Bluetooth settings. We couldn't get Alexa to even work, either. We set up the app, did the voice training, checked all the settings, and nothing. WORST PART? Even though the tablet comes standard with Google assistant installed (and you can't uninstall it, only disable it) because this is sold by Amazon and is classified as "Alex enabled" Google assistant is locked and you can't even use it. You get a message that says Google assistant is unavailable on this device. I actually prefer my Google assistant because I can broadcast to all Google connected items from my phone. So screw this tablet, I'll just buy a new one directly from Lenovo and return this buggy, Alexa locked junk.
