Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this product based off of the great reviews. I followed the enclosed instructions and unfortunately the mattress never fully inflated. One side was 9 inches, another was 7, and another was 6 when I ordered a 12 inch. For Amazons part, they were awesome. I called, explained the situation, and they told me to just donate or destroy it and gave me a full refund.
