At first we loved this mattress... it quickly filled up to its advertised size and we had no issues sleeping on it. We used it for around 2.5 months and had to move it due to remodeling. That is when we discovered the mattress was FILLED with mold. The whole bottom was covered. It was never without an allergy/waterproof cover, never any spills and was up quite high off the ground on a normal bed frame. It could only have come from the inside out. I contacted the company to discuss the advertised 10 year warranty only to be told that It was only valid if you shipped back to their REMOTE OVERSEAS LOCATION- however they would process a one time “courtesy” refund of $50 for our trouble. Code for - there isn’t actually a warranty and your out of luck if something goes wrong. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would save your money and spend it on a different mattress.
