I was happy with this product until today. After cooking chili, I placed the slow cooker on "warm" for 2 hours so it would be ready for my husband when he got home. I was sitting in the other room when I suddenly heard a loud CRACK. I ran into the kitchen and low and behold the glass top had completely shattered. Not only that but the food was easily over 200 degrees. It had so badly overheated that the sides had burned. This happened within 20 minutes of placing the slow cooker on warm. Beware of this product, it malfunctions!
