So, the wheels are good. But in reviewing the 85 different brands and types of roller blade wheels on Amazon I thought to myself- hmmm, maybe one is better than the other. The product shots seem to look a bit different. Well, long story short I was wrong. I bought a bunch of different brands. And while in different packaging, with different logo branding, or different color wheel they are all otherwise identical. On one the bearing appears slightly different, on the other the rivet is slightly different, but all function the same way and the bearing has no discernible effect on the spin of the wheel. Why am I going through this? Well, partially out of aggravation that these things can’t be made clearer for the average consumer without serious homework and cross comparison of product shots . It’s not just in this product category but fairly widespread. Also, the price differential was over $10 between the least expensive and most. These were closer to the most expensive and hence the rating. Multiply that over a couple dozen Amazon purchases and you’ll see the general deception can really impact not just your mood but your wallet. Also, how can it be even possible to have such different ratings on products that are absolutely the same?!?! I’ll leave that for you to figure out. My advice would be to locate the least expensive visually similar option and pass on these.
