We have two wild lab puppies, so we bought 2 beds in hopes of it not being ripped apart. By day 2 the first one was ripped up. By week 2 the second one was ripped up. (only one bed is pictured.) The guarantee is also a load of crap. We reported that it was ripped, and they sent us a voucher to order a new one on their website. However, the website was out of stock for about 3 months before we were notified there was more. But once we went to order a new one with the voucher, the voucher didn't work. Called the company to get help and they told us it's past the warranty time so they can no longer help us. Very unreliable company. Unreliable product. Stringy advise against this purchase.
