this product has only worked for the first week. I've been in touch with seagate and they've tried to help with emails, but they only answer me once every 24 hours. I've had to send over 12 long emails with many photos using snipping tool just to get them to realize that the product is defective. The worst part is, that now they've said I'm still under warranty and they'll replace the drive, but I must pay to send it to and from. So from the time I I bought the new drive to the actual time I recieve the new one, it will be over 3 months of constant hassell. I've written directly to seagate explaining my frustration with they're customer treatment but have not heard anything back! I definately would not buy another seagate drive! Especially one that costs 130.00 dollars. I liked the idea of 4tb in a small form factor and the metal look, but its been a nightmare and completely useless. One sincerely dissappointed customer!
