BE AWARE!! This seller is selling used products and claiming their new!! I was truly devastated by this! I genuinely loved the look, sound, and layout of this keyboard! Its beautiful and it is being sold by many sellers, I ordered this one as new and under the impression it was new. I got the first one and it had clearly been used! The pretty pink box packaging it came in was ripped and dented. there were scratches on the cord, stains on the keyboard and the knob that should have had a sticker on it was removed. I was quiet upset but I returned it and quickly received, (what claimed to be new) keyboard. I hooked it up, super excited to have it, and within 2 weeks it completely dyed on me. When I got it, It did not appear new but it looked way better then the last one so I assumed that is the way it comes. However it to was clearly used because it only lasted 2 weeks!! I am just so upset. I found the actual company that makes these and instead of using amazon I will be going through them to ensure I get a quality product that actually works. I have ordered a lot lately from amazon and it seems that more and more products I am receiving are claiming to be new but are actually used! This is extremely upsetting and I am starting to look else where for my purchases. I do not do many reviews (I need to get better at it). However, this one was really upsetting, having to work from home after being here all day thanks to covid. A way to find enjoyment amongst the monotony is to create a work space you enjoy and look forward to sitting down at. This keyboard was my favorite part of my work space and with in 2 weeks it crapped on me after having to reorder because the first one came back used. Amazon you have got to do better at monitoring the used stuff being sold on here. Now I'm afraid to by electronics on here, because you don't know what your are going to get.
