This mattress is not as pictured while my complaint may seem insignificant I assure you it is not having worked in the mattress industry for three years and knowing a bit more than most about mattresses I knew that I wanted something with foam encasement foam encasement is a layer of high density foam that goes around the edge of the bed to give additional Edge supports of the sides of the bed do not sag the diagram showing the insides of the mattress clearly shows foam encasement but when I took the mattress out of the box and opened it up the first thing I noticed it without any effort whatsoever you feel the coil on the sides of the mattress and the reason for that is guess what you guessed it no foam encasement I'm very disappointed with this order and I really think that someone should remove the photo that shows the diagram of the different layers the foam encasement is what goes around the side and then inside the foam encasement would be the pocketed coils that's what it shows in the diagram but in actuality you get the damask fabric then the coils.
