In short, inspect the bag of oatmeal squares prior to eating or you may find a nasty surprise like I did. This is my second time purchasing them and now I don't think I can trust their quality control or shipping. I've posted two images. One shows that the product expiration is in 2021. The other is a somewhat hard to see image of mold on one side. Amazon rotated the image when I uploaded it, but the top side as I took the photo had a small web of mold on it. I digustedly threw it back in the bag when I saw it because that meant that I had already eaten 4 squares over the few days prior. The mold was originally standing hairs when I discovered it. In the photo is not standing anymore as it either grew to be more of a web-like structure over the past day or it flattened when I threw it back in the bag. I should note that I personally noted an odd slight chemical taste to the first several squares I ate before discovering a moldy one. I don't know if that's a sign, but I didn't have that experience the first time that I purchased these.
