It was a decent little tablet, especially for the price, but about 5 months after I bought this item it stopped working. Would not charge, won't hold a charge, turns itself off, unusable. I called customer service and was talking through almost 2 hours of trouble shooting. I said that I think it should be replaced, since the product itself is defecting, and was told that I should have bought the warranty and since I didn't they would offer me 20% off on purchasing a new one of the same tablet, and they would let me trade my broken one in towards that. So for a 90 dollar tablet I would save 18 dollars, and would get 5 dollars towards that, leaving me paying 67 dollars for a new tablet, plus the protections costs. Reading up on this problem and trying to fix it, lots of people have experience the same issues. I would not buy this again, considering that it's faulty and Amazon won't stand behind their faulty product), but if I did choose to I would purchase the warranty. I took the warranty to be more of a "if I break this" kind of a thing, not a "if the product just stops working for no reason you'll need it" kind of thing. I was wrong.
