My one star rating is not due to the product, which I consider to be an amazing product and worth 5 stars, but rather due to how it is shipped. If you buy Raw Probiotics in the store, you will find it is refrigerated. If you order this from luckyvitamin.com they will ship it to you with ice packs to keep it cold. When I ordered this from amazon.com via East Coast Vitamins, the bottle was simply packaged in a box, with out any ice packs to keep it cool. I ordered mine in May, but during a major heat wave. When I pulled the bottle out of the box, the heat was radiating off the bottle, and the capsules were rancid. Until they get their act together and begin shipping with ice, I will only be purchasing these wonderful probiotics from luckyvitamin.com, because at least luckyvitamin.com cares enough make sure that their customers are not poisoned by the products they sell.
